The state of Colorado has an amazing Lottery program where most of the proceeds from their lottery go towards community improvements, and skateparks are part of these “improvements”.
Last year we designed and built the first part of the Steamboat Spring’s Skatepark that was funded by one of these programs. We completed the job and met all of the grant’s expectations… So much so, that the City of Steamboat Springs was awarded the Colorado Lottery Starburst Award for excellence in the use of Lottery Funds for the
Bear River Skate Park!
